Alexandra Hills State High School is by far the largest high school in the Redlands. It is located on Windemere Road and is adjacent to the TAFE. Two past students, John Patterson and Alana Skyring are members in the popular alternative three-piece band The Grates.

The school is also the home of 136 Army Cadet Unit - City of Redlands
